Profile: Lincoln Smith

Pastor Lincoln Smith has served in the Greater New York Conference for over 21 years. He has spent the last nine years as pastor of the Ebenezer Church in Brooklyn. His church is currently in the process of a major renovation that will practically overhaul the entire building. The ground floor which includes the church’s kitchen, community service space, and fellowship hall has been all but gutted to make room for the updates, and the members still gather upstairs in their sanctuary for worship; at least for now they do. The renovation will ultimately require them to vacate the building while the sanctuary renovations are underway.

Manhattan traffic is quite possibly one of the best places in North America to test your faith and patience. As we navigated the busy city streets, we talked about ministry, clergy preparation, grieving while leading, and so much more. Listen to the full interview below.
