Gerardo Oudri

Gerardo Oudri grew up in Uruguay, South America, and pursued theological studies both in Argentina and the United States. In 2014 he obtained a Doctorate in Ministry from Fuller Seminary, with a special focus on holistic small groups (particularly in a postmodern context). His project was implemented in a local church in Ontario, Canada, resulting in remarkable qualitative and quantitative growth. He has lived and worked in various contexts: his ministry as a pastor began in northern Argentina in 2000 and then continued in Canada in 2002. For almost fifteen years, Gerardo worked as a pastor and led several congregations of different cultures, languages ​​and sizes. From 2014 to 2016 he served as the Youth Director for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the province of Ontario, Canada. Currently he is pursuing a PhD in Religion, with an emphasis in Systematic Theology, at Andrews University. His areas of theological interest are ecclesiology (doctrine of the Church), pneumatology (doctrine of the Holy Spirit) and theological anthropology.Gerardo is married to Paola and together they have two young adult daughters, Sofía and Fiorella.

Gerardo Oudri creció en Uruguay, América del Sur, y realizó estudios teológicos tanto en Argentina como en los Estados Unidos. En 2014 obtuvo un Doctorado en Ministerio del Seminario Fuller, con un enfoque especial en grupos pequeños holísticos (especialmente en un contexto posmoderno). Su proyecto fue implementado en una iglesia local en Ontario, Canadá, lo que resultó en un crecimiento cualitativo y cuantitativo considerable. Ha vivido y trabajado en diversos contextos: su ministerio como pastor comenzó en el norte de Argentina en 2000 y luego continuó en Canadá en 2002. Durante casi quince años, Gerardo trabajó como pastor y dirigió varias congregaciones de diferentes culturas, idiomas y tamaños. Hasta el 2016, se desempeñó como Departamental de Jóvenes de la Asociación de los Adventistas del Séptimo Día de Ontario, Canadá. Actualmente vive en Berrien Springs, donde está cursando un PhD en Religión, con énfasis en Teología Sistemática en la Universidad Andrews. Gerardo esta casado con Paola y juntos tienen dos hijas, Sofía y Fiorella.
